Montague Gardens is a popular industrial node with an increasing retail mix along Montague Drive and Koeberg Road. It’s a modern and well planned node, located at the centre of the greater Cape Town metropole and the Cape Peninsula.Access to major roads has always been a plus and, with the newly upgraded Plattekloof and Koeberg roads, the traffic flow and access have been greatly improved.
